Oxfam support for youth and schools in the Midlands
Oxfam support for youth and schools in the Midlands

Oxfam have recently expanded their work to include more direct engagement with schools and young people.

As part of their aim to support young people to understand global issues, take action towards a more just, sustainable world and empowering young people to express their views, they have now appointed a dedicated member of staff working to support this in the Midlands.

This will allow Oxfam to work with schools and youth groups across the region to deliver exciting and challenging projects that fulfil the global dimension, inspiring young people to become active global citizens.

Activities for the last weeks of term
Oxfam are offering interactive workshops around the 'Human Impacts of Climate Change - and the effects on people across the world today', 'ReNew - reusing and recycling fashion and the links between fashion and the environment', and a variety of other topics.
