CLC (City Learning Centres) Service Open Day 4th July 2012

Following overwhelming requests for a repeat of the very successful open day held by the Birmingham CLC Service, a repeat event is to be held on Wednesday 4th July.

The CLC Service has a ten year proven track record of successful delivery supporting curriculum innovation and whole school improvement through the use of ICT. It is also an Apple Regional Training Centre (RTC).

Book now to explore  the Canavan Centre and Flat Sandwich Studios and find out more about how the CLC Service can help you achieve your aims, be it in the centres themselves or through our peripatetic support options.

Morning

9.00 - 9.15     Arrival and Registration
9.30  - 10.30  Tour of The Canavan Centre
10.45 – 11.45 Tour of the Flat Sandwich Studios
12.00 – 12.15   Q&A

Afternoon

13.00 – 13.15   Arrival and Registration
13.15 – 14.15   Tour of The Canavan Centre
14.30 – 15.30  Tour of the Flat Sandwich Studios
15.45 – 16.00   Q&A

The timetables provide an opportunity for a  guided tour of our facilities and look at working examples of the work and developments undertaken by the CLC Service.

From whole school strategic leadership of ICT provision to engagement with specific curriculum areas, this free event provides an opportunity to explore  how learning across the curriculum and phases can be nurtured, developed and improved with innovative approaches.
 
Tea and coffee will be provided.
