And wouldn’t you want to escape if you were an ‘illegal’ in a world where immortality is an option? A cloned child running from murderous extremist groups? A lady’s maid prisoner in the tower? A human dreading a vampire-led Parliament of Blood?

Or even worse?!!!

A uniquely successful partnership between SLS, schools, parents, pupils and BGfL - this is the fifth year in which the Book Award has been organised by SLS (Schools Library Service).

What is it about?
