Description:
Mangahigh is a comprehensive maths teaching resource which claims to offer full coverage of the UK National Curriculum. The lite versions are free and provide engaging, interactive activities around a range of maths learning outcomes. The full resource, which is free to UK schools, includes more than 400 different challenges, ranging from addition to quadratic factorisation.
Resource Support Notes:

Teacher-Led
The resource is designed for use in a school context and relies on the teacher to direct and control the maths learning experience for students.

Formative Assessment
Assessment tools analyse student performance in terms of achievement vs. effort, and also allows teachers to download these results for use in other packages. Mangahigh also offers APP

Problem-Solving Maths Games
The resource is based on problem-solving pedagogy as opposed to rote learning. Learners are introduced to new lessons with scaffolding, and then progress towards applied work, supported by specific hints and worked solutions throughout.

Social
The resource allows competition between schools if desired with Mangahigh's Fai-To bilateral competition league for schools.

Easy-To-Use
Mangahigh’s easy-to-use challenge mechanism mimics offline class or homework setting procedure: the challenges just pop up in the student interface, and results from the teacher’s favourite classes appear on their homepage
