ASE advise on the National Curriculum

The Association for Science Education has put together a response to the 2011 review of the National Curriculum, obviously with particular emphasis on the science aspects.

The evidence that has been submitted is from the ASE’s Curriculum Issues division of Council, the ASE national Primary and 11-19 committees and the special interest group of the National Advisers and Inspectors Group for Science (NAIGS) - part of ASE.

In addition the views of teachers, students and other interested parties were canvassed through an online questionnaire before being incorporated into the Association’s final response
