Lifeskills @ Safeside
Lifeskills @ Safeside

There is some last minute availability for the innovative Lifeskills PSHE programme at Safeside, and the usual £5 admission fee is being waived for Year 7, 8 or 9 pupils. Lifeskills tackles key issues for this age group such as drugs and alcohol, consequences of crime, road, water and fire safety, and peer pressure, in a dramatic and experiential learning environment involving acting students from Birmingham City University.

The free sessions are available on Tuesday 01, 08 and 15 May on a first come, first served basis.

Should these places be booked, schools can book a standard session at a cost of £5 per pupil until July. The price will rise to £6 from September 2012. Full details are available on www.safeside.org.uk or teachers can phone 0121 380 6429 to discuss the scheme or make a booking.
