This provides summaries and links to the new key stage 2 scheme of work, including units for French, German and Spanish. It also suggests ways in which the objectives of the Key stage 2 framework for languages (DfES, 2005) can be met. You can also download the French, German and Spanish units and the Teacher's Guide and Overviews. Units 1-12 (for years 3-4) are complete. Units 13-24 (for years 5-6) are in draft form and are currently being trialled. They will be published in their final form on this website early in 2009.
