KENT CONSTABULARY 9.6.01

8th June 2001

I was called in car 18F at 21.37 hours to investigate a report of a youth being found injured near the A2 road to Dover 2 km. north of Lyddon. It was raining hard, with very low cloud. The incident was at a place without lighting. It was very hard to find. I arrived at 21.50 hours.

Mr. John Edwards reported finding the youth while he was out walking his dog. He telephoned for the police and ambulance and met me as I arrived.
