The Outstanding Practice Directory has been created to: * Celebrate the OFSTED-validated outstanding practice that exists in Birmingham’s schools. * To provide a resource base for schools working towards outstanding status. * To aid the further development of good practice networks across the City.
| What’s in the directory?
The directory provides an easily accessible range of information on outstanding practice in Birmingham Primary & Secondary schools.
The following information is available:
1. The schools journey towards outstanding practice. School leaders give their perspectives on how their school achieved outstanding practice. They tell us about the changes they made, the challenges they faced and how did they overcame them? This and much more!
2. OFSTED report for the school.
3. Web links to OFSTED good practice guidance documents. | Who is the directory for? School leaders and all staff involved in school improvement.
Do you want your school in the Directory?
If you have OFSTED validated data to show you have outstanding practice, and would like to share how you achieved it, then please contact Shanaz Khan (Secondary) or Rebekah Hannah (Primary) to have your school added to our growing list of outstanding schools.
