Description:
A resource which encourages children to describe and interpret photographic resources. The activity links in with QCA Unit 4: Why do we remember Florence Nightingale? Section 4: What was it like for Florence Nightingale working in the Crimea? By completing the activity children should learn: about conditions in the Crimea and to select information from pictures about conditions in the hospital in Scutari.
