digiteach is that part of digischool 2005 where you can try a new approach to teaching - using video conferencing. At this time all you need to do is to register an interest and we will do the rest including finding an audience and checking on the technical capability of your school and network.

digiteach focuses on the use of digital technology media to deliver teaching sessions for both teachers and young learners enriching and further extending the arena for learning. A special highlight of digiteach is our Foreign Language week where we will be linking primary and secondary schools together to promote foreign language teaching as well as offering opportunities to meet virtually with European schools and partake in some fun collaborative work.

Moorhouse Black Moorhouse Black supports the delivery of a variety of subject areas at A and AS level via video conferencing. If you are interested in investigating this area then register and we will support you in making the relevant contact so that your pupils will be richly supported in their studies. Wednesday May 15th Join Moorhouse Black for lunch and then interact with a live presentation of a lesson delivered by video conferencing. There may also be an opportunity to talk to some students. The University of Birmingham Master Classes Throughout 2005 Birmingham University will be offering Master Classes that schools can join via video conferencing. If you want to receive information on these classes as they are arranged you can register an interest and you will then receive help in making the connection.
