This is a Transfer & Transition document that is at present being adopted by the Primary Languages team as a starting point. A simple manageable resource for monitoring throughout KS2, and data transfer for KS3. Skills based with an outline of language learning experience, linked to the KS2 Framework for Languages. This booklet is best when enlarged to an A4 booklet for readability. There can be additional notes for and SEN or gifted and talented children.
