Bead Numbers 
An abacus was an ancient tool used for counting and carrying out calculations long before the days of calculators and computers. The online abacus will help you develop your understanding of hundreds, tens and units.

CheckOut Challenge 
This set of games allowing pupils to practice and test their mental arithmetic skills by challenging them to work as a cashier in a virtual store and serve as many customers as possible in the allotted time. Pupils have to calculate then make up the correct change, making sure they don't give too little or too much of the store's money away! 



Clock 
Clock face with animated hand movement. Add and subtract minutes, hours and seconds. Shows current time and includes a 12/24hr digital clock and time in words. 



Counting On and Back 
Use the interactive number line from the DfES to practice counting on and back by moving the beads on the thread.
