Description:
The two main features of this site are the looking and writing about art and creating online art. In 'Looking and Writing' you are invited to choose a piece of art and then answer questions about it. Six carefully chosen questions are presented and you type in your answers. After the sixth question choose submit and you find all your answers are displayed. The 'Create your own Art' option directs you to a page where you can draw and colour your own animals. 
Resource Support Notes:
Using an interactive whiteboard the 'Looking and Writing' activity could be completed as a class activity. It would also be good for a homework activity developing 'anywhere , anytime learning'.
The drawing activity is similar to 'My World' software and is appropriate for KS1 as a slow connection 'jams' the activity for those who have good mouse skills.

The 'Looking and Writing' activity meets many of the objectives of the NC Art and Design and seems to be particularly appropriate for the Scheme of Work : Primary Art and Design Unit 4A (Year 3/4) Viewpoints and
Primary Art and Design Unit 5A (Year 5/6) Objects and meanings
The drawing activity is a useful KS1 activity which could also develop ICT skills.
