The Children in Care Council (CICC) is a place where young people who are looked after can have their say on issues that matter to them, and to make sure that they are heard by people who make the decisions. The CICC is trying to help improve the lives of children who are looked after by letting those in charge know what life in care is really like. The CICC will act to represent the views of all looked after children and young people. It is made up of 15 children and young people who are looked after in Birmingham. If you are looked after, or a care leaver and want to find out more call Rights and Participation (ROC) 0121 303 7217
